• The jar must contain at least 50% of the original quantity
• The product must be returned in its original packaging

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

• The jar must contain at least 50% of the original quantity
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

The 30-day period begins from the date we receive the returned product, not from the original delivery date.

7. Preorder Refunds

For preorder purchases:

• You may cancel your preorder before the product has shipped for a full refund
• Once the preorder item has been shipped and delivered, standard return and refund conditions apply
• Preorder delivery timelines are estimates and do not constitute grounds for automatic refunds

8. Non-Refundable Situations
