1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all contracts concluded via our online store at https://wakenlabs.com between:

(hereinafter “WAKEN LABS”, “we”, “us”)

and you, as a customer (“Customer”).

These GTC also govern the use of our website.
The version of the GTC valid at the time of order shall apply.

We do not accept any deviating customer terms unless expressly agreed in writing.

We sell our products exclusively to consumers for private use.
Commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a binding offer.

By placing an order and clicking the payment confirmation button, you submit a legally binding offer to purchase.

A contract is concluded only when:

• we confirm acceptance by email, or
• the product is dispatched.

If fulfillment is not possible (e.g. stock unavailability), no contract is formed and any payment received will be refunded without delay.

All purchases are one-time purchases only.

4. Preorders & Delivery Times

Some products may be offered as preorders.

Delivery Estimates:

• Preorders: approx. 9–24 working days
• Non-preorder products: approx. 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or supplier delays.

5. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are gross prices, including VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs depend on destination and are displayed at checkout.
Typical shipping range: €4–€10, including VAT and taxes.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full before shipment.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to reject orders where payment authorization fails.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us by email at info@wakenlabs.com with a clear statement.

8. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw:

• You must return the product to us at your own cost
• The product must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal notice
• The product must contain at least 50% of the original quantity
• The product must be returned to the address we provide after email contact

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Conditions:

• You must first contact us at info@wakenlabs.com
• You must return the product (with packaging)
• The jar must contain at least half of the original quantity
• You are responsible for return shipping costs

The 30-day period starts from the date we receive the returned product.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Warranty

We are liable for defects in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Statutory warranty claims are valid for two (2) years from delivery.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for:

• intent or gross negligence
• injury to life, body, or health
• product liability claims

In all other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

12. Use of Website Content

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any use without prior written consent is prohibited.

13. External Links

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from our site.

14. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these GTC where legally required or necessary.

Changes apply only to future orders unless required by law.

16. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Greek law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
