2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Greece, the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, and selected international destinations. Available destinations may change depending on logistics, regulations, and fulfillment capacity.

All shipping charges include applicable taxes and will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4. Shipping Times
a) Standard Orders (In-Stock Items) Estimated delivery: 3–8 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier performance.
b) Preorder Items For PREORDER items, shipping times are longer due to production and sourcing. Estimated delivery: 9–24 working days. Shipping time starts after the preorder item is dispatched, not from the order date. Preorder timelines are estimates and may vary depending on manufacturing, quality control, and logistics. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept this extended delivery timeframe.
5. Order Processing Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
6. Delays While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to manufacturing or quality control processes, high order volumes, courier or customs delays, or force majeure events. WAKEN LABS Inc. is not responsible for delays outside its direct control but will always communicate transparently when delays occur.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Failed delivery attempts may result in delayed or returned shipments.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes All prices include applicable EU VAT. For orders shipped to Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU destinations, additional customs duties or local import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. WAKEN LABS Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
9. Returns & Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full return and refund conditions.
